TSDiscos may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate our service to our customers or visitors who may be infringing our copyrights. As mentioned in our store policies: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone! 

We STRONGLY discourage the use or copying of any images or  content from TSDiscos:

1. Without prior written consent from TSDiscos.com

2. To sell similar or identical items publicly or privately. We feel that if you are a respectable seller or fan, you would put forth your own honest efforts to represent and market the item you are intending to sell or trade.

3. For profit, both personal and business related

We are fans of many Latin artists and support the sharing of knowledge and promotion of Latin music.  We do welcome fansites with our prior written consent to use images or information found on our website to promote their favorite artists, like developing a discography.  We understand that we carry many items out of the standard discography that you may want to help share this information with other fans, but we do not want fans to be misinformed or our information to be misconstrued. For example, if you see a promotional 1-track on CD, PLEASE do not refer to it as a CD single!  Is very important you clarify exactly what it is... a Promotional CD single.  Otherwise, you are misleading a fan to believing it was produced and available for commercial sale.  This is very important because a fan who collects needs complete and accurate information in order to know where to look for these items and understand how difficult it may or may not be to find.
